Returns & refunds

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery if it is not as described or arrives damaged. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item being inspected.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days nationwide. Express delivery is 1–2 business days in major metros.

How are pre-owned items graded?

Every pre-owned item is tested and graded Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair, with a written condition note on the listing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments, EFT and cash on delivery in selected areas.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number, also visible in My Account.
