You may browse without an account, but you need one to check out, track orders and save a wishlist. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate contact and delivery details; we are not liable for deliveries that fail because of incorrect information. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or resale scams.

We sell both new and pre-owned goods. Every pre-owned item is tested and honestly graded as Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair, with a written condition note on the listing. Pre-owned items may show cosmetic wear consistent with their grade and may not include original packaging or accessories unless stated. Photographs are illustrative; colours can vary slightly between screens.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and promotions can change at any time before you place an order. Stock is not reserved until your order is confirmed. If an item sells out or a price is displayed incorrectly through an obvious error, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a back-order or a full refund — we are not obliged to fulfil an order at an incorrect price.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and accept your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and payment instructions. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or delivery to your area is not possible.

• Card payments are processed by our payment provider on a secure page. We never see or store your full card details.
• Bank transfer / EFT — use your order number as the payment reference. Orders are only dispatched once funds reflect in our account. Unpaid EFT orders are cancelled after 3 business days and stock released.
• Cryptocurrency — send only the stated coin on the stated network to the address shown at checkout. Crypto transactions are irreversible: funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong amount cannot be recovered by us. The ZAR value is fixed at the rate shown when the order is placed and must be settled within the quoted window.
• Cash on delivery is available in selected areas and may carry a handling fee shown at checkout.

Any payment-method fee or discount is shown before you confirm the order.

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days nationwide at R0,00; express delivery takes 1–2 business days in major metros at R0,00. Standard delivery is free on orders over R0,00. Delivery times are estimates and start once payment clears. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are on our delivery page.

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is not as described, is damaged, or is defective, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with all included accessories. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item being inspected, to the original payment method (crypto refunds are paid as an EFT in ZAR at the original order rate). Change-of-mind returns may attract a handling and collection fee. Consumables, personal-care items and clearance goods marked "sold as is" are excluded except where faulty. Coupon codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may exclude sale items. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, and cancel orders where a coupon has been obtained or used abusively.

Do not copy our product photography, descriptions or branding, scrape the site, attempt to bypass security, post abusive or false reviews, or use the shop for unlawful purposes. All content on nekseyshop.com, including the Neksey Shop name and logo, is our property or licensed to us.

Reviews must be your genuine experience. By posting a review you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and quote it. We moderate reviews and remove content that is abusive, misleading, or contains personal information.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit or data. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. Please contact us first at nekseyshop@gmail.com — we resolve most issues quickly and informally.

We may update these terms as our business changes. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
